Reit Companies Georgia

A real estate investment trust (REIT) is a company that owns and manages real estate revenue-producing properties. The income comes from renting out the spaces to tenants.  The properties that are usually in a REIT portfolio consist of apartments, hotels, office buildings, warehouses, cell towers, and many more. While most portfolios follow a similar trend in the type of properties they possess, they could have properties that do not relate. REITs can be publicly traded where they are bought and sold similar to the ways stocks are. They are also an investor-friendly asset, meaning investors can easily profit from REITs without actually buying any property.

Armada Hoffler Properties is an equity REIT company. We pride ourselves on being a different kind of REIT that is both vertically-integrated and self-managed. Our three divisions make up the pillars of the company that allow us to provide general construction and development services to third-party clients, in addition to developing and building properties to be placed in our stabilized portfolio.
