Chronicle Mill

Chronicle Mill is an adaptive reuse property in the heart of Belmont, North Carolina, which is conveniently located right outside of Charlotte. Sitting on a 7-acre site, the $55 million project includes 238 apartments, 9,000 square feet of commercial space, and the public coworking space, Mill Collective. The apartments reached stabilization in only six months and welcomed the first residents in October 2022. As a former textile mill, Chronicle Mill produced its last skein of yarn in 2010.
