Overlook Village

Overlook Village is located off I-240 on S. Tunnel Road, which is approximately three miles from downtown Asheville. As of 2021, Overlook Village’s T.J. Maxx is the most visited in the state of North Carolina. It is adjacent to the Asheville Mall and shadow-anchored by Whole Foods Market. This retail center was acquired in 2021 and consists of 151,365 square feet.
