This newest of development in the Town Center of Virginia Beach is part of the ongoing, multi-decade public-private partnership between the City of Virginia Beach and Armada Hoffler. This mixed-use project includes 39,000 square feet of retail space and 131 luxury apartment homes at Premier Apartments. In addition, Zeiders American Dream Theater invested in a 17,000 square foot performing arts theater, while the City of Virginia Beach invested in public infrastructure including an open-air public plaza on the second level and a pedestrian bridge connecting to the adjacent parking garage.
