Located in downtown Richmond, Virginia, blocks from the State Capitol, The Edison is a 174-unit multifamily asset featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with 365 on-site, structured parking spaces.

Originally built in 1919 as the headquarters for the Virginia Electric and Power Company (now known as Dominion Energy), The Edison was renovated and repurposed in 2014. Armada Hoffer completed the acquisition in October 2020.
