The Interlock

The Interlock is a mixed-use public-private partnership with Georgia Tech in Atlanta’s West Midtown. The Interlock offers 203,000 square feet of office space, 108,000 square feet of retail space, 349 apartment units, 41 single-family townhomes, and a 161-room boutique hotel. Armada Hoffler provided significant development and construction expertise as well as mezzanine financing, then purchased the commercial space in 2023.
