Best in Real Estate Awards 2021

We are proud to have received 3 awards at the Baltimore Business Journal’s Best in Real Estate awards that took place virtually on April 15th.

Wills Wharf, Armada Hoffler’s joint venture project located in the Harbor Point area of Baltimore was recognized as one of the top 11 projects and deals by the Baltimore Business Journal.

Alongside our partner, Beatty Development, we also received 2 awards for the the 450,000 square foot T. Rowe Price headquarters planned for Harbor Point.

We would also like to thank the Baltimore Business Journal for using their platform to showcase the great real estate projects in and around Baltimore.
