Hoffler Place received a 2020 Designworks Award for Best Multi-Family | Senior Living design from IIDA Carolinas Chapter!

The design of this Charleston residence echoes the city’s historic architectural detailing: An amenity corridor recreates the experience of meandering alleyways, while porcelain tile slabs lining the corridor resemble the color of wrought iron and the texture of plaster; Handmade wall tile installations create movement and mimic the growth of a native, creeping fig, while a glass paver system filters light from above like a tree canopy on a leisurely garden walk through Charleston’s Historic District.
