New luxury highrise apartment tower nears completion at Virginia Beach Oceanfront

27 Atlantic Apartments, an Armada Hoffler Construction Company project, is set to open some floors in mid-May, will have studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Over 80 percent of the apartments feature an ocean view.
