Inside Business’ 2025 Power List Includes Shawn Tibbetts, Lou Haddad, and Dan Hoffler

We are honored to have three members of Armada Hoffler’s team–Shawn Tibbetts, Lou Haddad, and Dan Hoffler–recognized on Inside Business’ annual 2025 Power List. Inside Business creates its annual Power List to showcase who’s who in terms of moving the needle for the economy in Hampton Roads, whether they be the decision-makers, the influencers or those working behind the scenes.

Shawn Tibbetts, Chief Executive Officer and President, was honored as one of the 75 power players. Lou Haddad, Chairman of the Board, and Dan Hoffler, Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Board, landed a spot on the emeritus list.
