Wesley Dodd Named a 2023 Influencer in Retail by GlobeSt.

Wesley Dodd, a senior asset manager at Armada Hoffler, was recently named a 2023 Influencer in Retail Real Estate by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. This award recognizes prominent professionals who have had a significant impact on the business as commercial real estate’s Influencers in Retail Real Estate.

Dodd oversees 20 retail properties totaling 1.9 million square feet across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic with a tenant roster exceeding 275 retailers. In 2022, she was responsible for 46% of Armada Hoffler’s new retail leases and renewals.
