Phase VI of Town Center

This newest of development in the Town Center of Virginia Beach, referred to as Phase VI, is part of the ongoing, multi-decade public-private partnership between the City of Virginia Beach and Armada Hoffler Properties. This mixed-use project includes 39,000 square feet of retail space and 131 luxury apartment homes. In addition, Zeiders American Dream Theater invested in a 17,000 square foot performing arts theater, while the City of Virginia Beach invested in public infrastructure including an open-air public plaza on the second level and a pedestrian bridge connecting to the adjacent parking garage.

UPDATE AS OF June 1, 2020: At Armada Hoffler, our goal remains the safety and well-being of our employees, their families and all of our stakeholder groups.  In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our offices have pivoted to a phased-in approach consisting of remote work and in office work. We are working every day to remain consistent with guidelines and protocol issued by the state authorities.
