The Edison

Located in downtown Richmond, Virginia, blocks from the State Capitol, the Edison is a 174-unit multifamily asset featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with 365 on-site, structured parking spaces.

Originally built in 1919 as the headquarters for the Virginia Electric and Power Company, the Edison was renovated and repurposed in 2014. Armada Hoffer completed the acquisition in October 2020.

UPDATE AS OF June 1, 2020: At Armada Hoffler, our goal remains the safety and well-being of our employees, their families and all of our stakeholder groups.  In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our offices have pivoted to a phased-in approach consisting of remote work and in office work.
