Harbourside

Harbourside is a mixed-use property that includes two separate buildings: The North Building features seven luxury residential condos and approximately 120,000 square feet of Class A office space on the Georgetown waterfront. The South Building – also known as House of Sweden – is home to the Embassy of Sweden, the Embassy of Iceland, 19 office suites and an Event Center that features conference and exhibition halls. Situated by the Potomac River, Harbourside has become a landmark in the heart of Georgetown. The property was developed and built by Armada Hoffler in partnership with Lano International, but was never included in the Armada Hoffler portfolio.
