Oceaneering International

Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII), a global oilfield provider of engineered services and products primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry, recently expanded its presence into the City of Chesapeake. The company consolidated its engineering, manufacturing and administrative functions at a new, build-to- suit facility that was developed and built on an 18-acre site by Armada Hoffler. The new facility now accommodates more than 460 jobs and allowed the creation of an additional 70 new jobs. Armada Hoffler developed and built this asset which was sold in 2015 for approximately $30 million.
