Redevelopment of Belmont textile mill set to break ground

The long-awaited Chronicle Mill in Belmont, which was purchased six years ago, is finally set to begin.

Armada Hoffler Properties which has partnered with John and Jennifer Church on the adaptive-reuse project, announced Tuesday its plans to break ground on the project in the year’s second quarter. The $45 million project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2021.
