Fountain Plaza Retail

The Fountain Plaza is the focal point of the Town Center of Virginia Beach, located at the epicenter of the 17-block, mixed-use development. The Fountain Plaza is comprised of 36,000 square feet of retail space as well as 13,000 square feet of public space, owned and maintained by the City of Virginia Beach, and has become a central gathering area for citizens and visitors who come to enjoy the events and entertainment acts that are held there throughout the year.

This property was developed and built by Armada Hoffler as part of an ongoing, public-private partnership with the City of Virginia Beach.
