Marriott at City Center

The Newport News Marriott at City Center is an eleven-story hotel and conference facility that includes 256 deluxe guestrooms, a concierge guest level, and over 40,000 square feet of elegant meeting and banquet space. Additional amenities include an on-site restaurant, an indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool, fitness center, business center, as well as garage parking. The Marriott at City Center is located at the heart of City Center at Oyster Point, a 52-acre, high-density urbanist mixed-use development featuring 230,000 square feet of retail shops and restaurants and 1,000,000 square feet of Class A office space. The hotel and conference center were developed and built by Armada Hoffler as part of a public- private partnership with the City of Newport News. This project also included a precast parking garage with 350 spaces over six stories that is connected to the hotel. Armada Hoffler does not own this property.
