North Pointe Center

This retail asset is a 62-acre retail center with approximately 496,200 square feet of leasable space and nearly 1.05 million square feet of land pursuant to a ground lease across six parcels. North Pointe Center also includes 1.4 million square feet of land ground leased to multiple tenants.

North Pointe Center is located on North Pointe Drive approximately two miles from Duke University. Construction on this center began in 1997 and was completed in four phases with construction of the final phase ending in 2009. The retail center is occupied by multiple triple net and ground lease tenants.
