Armada Hoffler Properties Purchases Full Interest in Southern Post
S.J. Collins Enterprises has relinquished control of the in-progress mixed-use Roswell development
Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. announced Friday they reached an agreement with S.J. Collins Enterprises and purchased their interest to fully control the development of the mixed-use property, Southern Post. “Armada Hoffler Properties has been involved in the project since its inception and will continue to work closely with the city of Roswell throughout the remainder of the project,” a spokesperson in an email told What Now Atlanta. “The company has a long-standing history with mixed-use developments and extensive experience throughout the country partnering with municipalities to create value for communities.”…
