Exelon tower at Harbor Point sells for $246M

Virginia REIT Armada Hoffler Properties Inc. has acquired the high-profile Exelon tower at Harbor Point for $246 million.

The move gives the Virginia Beach-based investor ownership of a fourth property at the upscale waterfront neighborhood that totals 27 acres of former industrial land and is laden with some of the city’s top-tier businesses as tenants.
