Saint-Germain French Bakery Moving Forward In The Interlock

Saint-Germain French Bakery has taken the next major step in moving its planned storefront in The Interlock forward.

A permit application this week was filed with the city of Atlanta to buildout the pâtisserie in the under-construction West Midtown mixed-use development, at 1115 Howell Mill Road.

Saint-Germain has an existing outpost in Ponce City Market and is expected to open alongside the rest of The Interlock in fall 2020 joining Puttshack, Velvet Taco, Cathy’s: Gourmet Ice Cream and Cookies, and other F&B tenants.
