Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for The Residences at Annapolis Junction
The Residences at Annapolis Junction is a five-story, 416-unit luxury apartment community contained within Annapolis Junction Town Center, a new Transit-Oriented Development adjacent to the Savage MARC Station in Howard County, Maryland. This project is the result of a successful partnership between Somerset Construction Company and Armada Hoffler Properties. The multifamily property is comprised of 123 two-bedroom units, 248 one-bedroom units and 45 studio units. Living space sizes range from 520 square feet for the studio units and expand to 1,629 square feet for the two-bedroom loft models.
The Residences at Annapolis Junction welcomed their first residents in August 2017 and hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony in November, marking the official opening of the apartment community.
