Armada Hoffler Celebrates Hoffler Place Grand Opening
Yesterday we celebrated the ribbon-cutting of Hoffler Place, a 74-residence luxury student housing development in historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. With a crowd of approximately 60 guests, including Charleston Mayor John Tecklenburg and Councilmember Robert M. Mitchell, Armada Hoffler Properties Founder and Chairman Daniel Hoffler cut the ceremonial ribbon on the new development, which expects to welcome its first residents in time for the fall 2019 semester.
